UV Cured Ink

Recent years have seen a proliferation of UV digital printers, initially as dedicated flat bed printers and now as combined flat bed and roll to roll printers.

This places specific requirements on the ink to maintain a high degree of flexibility following full cure.

QPS has a range of UV inks, each formulated and tested for specific printer requirements.

Xaar has approved Nazdar UV ink for use in printers that utilise the Xaar range of Printer Heads.

Corex has always been a tricky substrate for UV curable inks with very poor adhesion. We stock a clear primer that has been specifically formulated to improve ink adhesion when used in conjunction with our inks. This is available for screen print application prior to digital printing.
